Dear Guests, we are really looking forward to your upcoming stay in Pagosa Springs, Colorado to enjoy the many recreational features here in paradise, including the Parelli International Study Center.  During the horsemanship course season (May through September) we are rent the Guest House on a room-by-room basis synchronized with the course schedule, to be able to offer comfortable and affordable accomodations that best fit the needs of Parelli students. The rest of the year the entire house is available to rent on nightly, weekly or monthly basis.

Aurora & Ryan's Guest House amenities include stainless steel and granite in the kitchen, a comfortable living room with gas stove to kick back in, and three private bedrooms. Weekly housekeeping included. Home is in quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, stores, lakes, golf course, and conveniently located 5.6 miles from the Parelli Center.

October-May whole house accomodations:

• Nightly - $120, 3 night minimum
• Weekly - $780
• Refundable Damage Deposit - $200
  
• Cleaning Fee - $75

May-September PARELLI-ONLY by-the-room accommodation choices include:

• master suite with private bath ($400 per week)
• private bedroom with shared bath ($350 per week)
• private bedroom with shared bath ($350 per week)
• Minimum stay is two weeks, synchronized with class schedules.
• Check in is Sunday after noon.  Check out is noon Saturday.
• One student per room. Spouse may share room for additional charge (50% of room rate, pro-rated)

Please Note:

• 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservation.
• Upon full payment (must be received prior to arrival) you will receive access code and detailed directions to house.
• We accept payment by check, money order or travelers check. Make check payable to "Mountain Home Investments"
• Not responsible for theft. Not liable for accidents on property.
• Please be respectful of neighbors when parking (horse trailers are kept at Parelli Center). 
• This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and shoe-free home.
