Dear Guests, we are really looking forward to your upcoming stay in Pagosa Springs, Colorado to enjoy the many recreational features here in paradise, including the Parelli International Study Center.  During the horsemanship course season (March through September) we are rent Dixie's Guest House on a room-by-room basis synchronized with the course schedule, to be able to offer comfortable and affordable accomodations that best fit the needs of Parelli students.

Dixie's Guest House amenities include sparkling new appliances and granite in the kitchen, a comfortable living room with to kick back in, and two private bedrooms. Weekly housekeeping included. Home is in quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, stores, lakes, golf course, and conveniently located 5.6 miles from the Parelli Center.

March-September accommodation choices include two bedrooms, each with private bath ($300 per week).

One student per room. Spouse may share room for additional charge (50% of room rate, pro-rated)

• Minimum stay is two weeks, synchronized with class schedules.
• Check in is Sunday after noon.  Check out is noon Saturday.
• Not responsible for theft. Not liable for accidents on property.
• Please be respectful of neighbors when parking (horse trailers are kept at Parelli Center). 
• This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and shoe-free home.
• 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservation.
• Upon full payment (must be received prior to arrival) you will receive access code and detailed directions to house.
